Cancellation Policy

Refund or cancellation policy. If you are not satisfied after your first tutoring session, we will assign you to a new tutor and provide an additional session (we will do this multiple times if necessary). Alternatively, families can receive a full refund after their first tutoring session if they are not satisfied. Cancellations later in the program do not receive automatic refunds, although we may provide a partial refund at our discretion in extenuating circumstances.
