Service Description
This free 15 minute consultation is for parents of students taking high school courses. I will explain my services can help your family navigate high school and prepare your child for their journey to college.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please notify me within 24 hours. All canceled appointments with less than 24 24-hour' notice will be charged. I value the time my employees have set aside to help you. I pay them for their time whether or not you attend your appointment. If you are unable to cancel within the 24-hour window, you will be charged accordingly. Contact me via email if you have an exceptional circumstance in which you failed to notify me promptly. No refunds. No-Show Fee Policy Cancellation Requirements All appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours' advance notice. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing a scheduled appointment without cancellation will result in the following: 1st Offense: Warning (no fee charged) 2nd Offense and Beyond: Full current hourly session fee Payment Fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
